We are looking for candidates with good understanding of Infrastructure technologies and good team players. This is a technical role; ideal candidate must have education and hands-on experience on required technical skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain and support network infrastructure (on-prem and public cloud).
  • Support of DDI (DNS/DHCP) environment.
  • Support and operation of monitoring tools and inventory systems.
  • Keep software and hardware currency up to date based on internal standards.
  • Active participation on project to migrate services to new environment and/or deploy new solutions.
  • Technical support, troubleshoot incidents.
  • After- hours availability to provide technical support in case of production issues and/or to execute infrastructure changes during scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Create/update/improve support documentations.

About you:

  • 5 years of working on IT organizations at enterprise level.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience on network technologies: switches, routers etc.
  • Working experience with firewalls technologies.
  • 3 years of working experience with wireless technology (WIFI) and supporting end users’ solutions (MS Windows, workstations, network setting on end users and IoT devices, VPN clients, wireless adaptors).
  • Working experience with DDI services (DNS/DHCP).
  • Knowledge of scripting language and good understanding of security solutions.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and management protocols (WMI, SNMP, rest API, Syslog, NTP).
  • Knowledge of public cloud is desirable (AWS, MS Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and provide high levels of support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
