Customer Identity Support Analyst (Contract, Full time)

📍 Location: Remote (Ireland-based)
📅 Duration: 6-month fixed-term role, with opportunity for extension.
💰 Salary: €36,000 p.a

  • Authenticate identities and validate documentation with care and consistency
  • Document outcomes precisely, following process and escalating where needed
  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently, particularly during high-stress moments
  • Collaborate closely with Fixify team leads and fellow analysts to keep our service excellent and human
What you should bring with you
  • Experience in support roles such as customer service, IT help desk, or service desk
  • A strong sense of security, confidentiality, and professional responsibility
  • Exceptional verbal communication, especially in high-emotion situations
  • Comfort with tech including video conferencing tools like Zoom or Teams and basic troubleshooting
  • A quiet, private space with a stable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings or weekends
  • Fluent spoken English
