Why We Have This Role
The Qualtrics Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us and have a major impact on the company’s hiring and growth. With our aggressive growth trajectory and ever-changing environment, we need a highly motivated self-starter to join our best-in-class group to support Services hiring across EMEA, as well as other GTM (Go-To-Market) hiring needs as and when they arise. This person will make an impact on a fast-growing business, can manage various stakeholders, and can make strategic decisions to continue to build the quality of talent at Qualtrics. We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who has the ability to pivot seamlessly across various functions as needed, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and other service-oriented roles, to attract top talent that meets our diverse hiring needs.

Things You’ll Do
- Source, recruit, and hire top professionals across multiple functions with a primary focus on GTM
- Manage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build trusted partnerships with GTM leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
- Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of software/tech
- Strong understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies preferably in the SaaS space
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates, specifically within Sales and other GTM orgs
- Familiarity with the sales and technology markets and their ecosystem
- Ability to articulate the Qualtrics value proposition and story to candidates
- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
