Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician or Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of environmental thermal chambers with cascade refrigeration systems. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and specialized equipment, and we are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for refrigeration systems.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $51086 - $81738
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of environmental thermal chambers with cascade refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair environmental thermal chambers with cascade refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems, including leaks, compressor problems, and temperature control issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to design and implement modifications to existing systems
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Electrical or HVAC journeyman license
- Experience with hand and power tools
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician or refrigeration specialist
- Familiarity with refrigerants, including handling, storage, and disposal procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Certification in a related field, such as HVAC or refrigeration engineering
- Experience with cascade refrigeration systems and environmental thermal chambers
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics
