CEL Critical Power is seeking an experienced HR Manager at their Dublin headquarters in Citywest. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function across the CEL group. You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall goals, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring the organisation attracts, retains and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with CEL’s business objectives and cultural values.

· Work collaboratively with Department Managers to create and execute organizational structures that reflect our strategic goals.

· Identify potential skills gaps at the individual, team, or departmental levels, and initiate programs to address them.

· Partner with Department and Functional Managers to evaluate staffing requirements and formulate workforce planning strategies.

· Design and manage compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating staff.

· Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive workplace culture.

· Implement effective performance management systems, including the establishment of KPIs, conducting performance evaluations, and developing training and development plans for employee enhancement.

· Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to employees to support their performance and professional development.

· Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and take necessary actions to implement improvements.

· Plan and organize company events, workshops, and forums to encourage community and collaboration.

· Develop and implement programs that reinforce the company's core values and foster a positive work culture.

· Over the medium term, create and launch an ESG program that aligns with our cultural objectives.

· Serve as a culture champion, ensuring consistency and alignment across all organizational locations.

· Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that adhere to current legal standards and best practices in our operational jurisdictions.

· Support the CEL Management team with employee disciplinary matters, investigations, and terminations as required.

· Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to facilitate continuous HR improvement.


Requirements
  • Possessing a relevant degree and over 5 years of leadership experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive business culture and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in leading HR functions across multiple sites and implementing suitable HR platforms.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record of aligning HR initiatives with the overall objectives of the organization.
  • Extensive understanding of employment laws and best HR practices in both Ireland and the United States.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, adept at dealing with sensitive issues with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Capability to work autonomously and make informed, data-driven decisions.
