Responsibilities :

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Human Resource systems within Lexmark’s world-wide community. This will include, but is not limited to support, model design, testing & deployment, and the ongoing administration of applications.

Requirements:

Have minimum of 3 years Human Resource Systems or related experience

Experience in system support, integration, design, analysis, and implementation

Has Bachelors degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology

Have strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Have good change management skills

Can work well independently and as part of a team

Experience in Workday is a plus

Experience with global companies is a plus
