Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (hybrid role, 50% remote)
Location: Ireland, Dublin 
The Recruitment and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a global, bespoke recruitment and marketing strategy specifically for Ireland. This role involves close collaboration with UCD and new multi-articulation partners to achieve enrolment and revenue targets for DISC through the portfolio of international pathway programs delivered in Ireland.
This role requires 2 days per week on site at Dublin International Study Centre. 
ABOUT THE ROLE

  • In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders produce a student recruitment strategy for all in-person and online programs delivered by Study Group in Ireland. The strategy should include drivers for growth including markets, products and channels.
  • Ensure timely execution and tracking of the annual student recruitment plan to achieve applicant and revenue targets
  • Provide regular insight and reports on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies to stakeholders including senior management and partner universities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner university student recruitment teams
  • Ensure a comprehensive programme of collaborative recruitment activity is agreed with all university partners and that activities are completed successfully and on time.
  • Support the expansion of Study Group’s agent footprint by helping to identify additional agents to recruit into Ireland.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to create materials that appeal to prospective students and partners and showcase Ireland as a desired study destination across all target markets/segments
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment efforts and partner relationships
  • Provide ongoing training and support for recruitment teams and agents globally
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance in conjunction with in-country sales leaders and the Agent Management team
  • Support the business development colleagues to develop new partnerships within Ireland
  • Support the product development process as the subject matter expert for Student Acquisition
  • Budget Control including scholarship allocations. 
  • Align with the Company's mission, vision, values, and strategy and ensure they are translated into action through performance goals, communication and feedback processes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience of working with education agents recruiting to programmes delivered in Ireland
  • Able to communicate effectively and to influence universities’ decision making process 
  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred 
  • Comfortable in high pressure environments 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficient with CRM and data analysis tools like Sales Force, Power BI, etc… to understand the pipeline and business trend, where are area of shortfalls, and where are area of highlights. 
  • Knowledge of international education systems 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, e.g. Power BI
