CEL is an Irish-based manufacturer, distributor, and exporter of electrical switchgear, controls, and related products and services, with a 40-year track record, focused on supplying the global data centre industry.

Operating from Ireland and in support of our 400,000 sq ft of manufacturing capacity in Williamsburg, Virginia, we aim to double in size each year for the next three years.

CEL Critical Power is seeking an organised, proactive HR Coordinator to join our Dublin headquarters and support a growing HR function that spans Ireland and the US. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be the operational backbone of the team, coordinating the employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through onboarding and probation, maintaining accurate people data, and supporting the policies, systems, and projects that help CEL scale.

About the Role

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees, managers, and the wider HR team across Ireland. You will be responsible for coordinating employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR data and systems, supporting compliance and documentation requirements, and helping to deliver HR projects and initiatives as the organisation grows.

This is a broad, hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement when handling confidential information, and a practical, service-oriented approach to working with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You will contribute to the ongoing development of HR systems, policies, processes, and reporting, helping to build a scalable HR function that supports CEL's continued international growth.
