The HR and Office Executive will support HR operations, manage employee records, assist in recruitment, onboarding, and office management, while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Office Executive to support our Human Resources function and contribute to office operations. This is a full-time position based in Malta. The ideal candidate will assist with HR tasks and projects, including recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day office management, while ensuring smooth office operations and employee satisfaction.
- Handle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the performance review process and assist with performance improvement initiatives.
- Administer employee leave, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Handle the office upkeep, liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure the workplace is well-stocked and maintained.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Handle the HR systems, assisting with compiling of payroll information, and maintaining accurate records for day-to-day operations.
- Support the Company operations through administrative task and coordination of internal events.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the senior management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to three years experience in an HR admin or similar HR role (experience in Malta is a plus).
- Good understanding of HR best practices, labour law compliance, and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, training, benefits, and performance management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
- Good coordination, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR systems and tools.
