Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering team focused on optimizing our infrastructure
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaboration: Partner with product and development teams to improve deployment processes, enhance system observability, and ensure seamless CI/CD workflows
- Challenge Handling: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable infrastructure to support >1 billion monthly requests
- Hands-on Approach: You remain technically engaged—troubleshooting critical issues, refining automation, and contributing to architecture discussions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar fields
- Technical Leadership: Deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerized application management, guiding teams in making strategic technical decisions and implementing best practices
- Automation & Reliability: You excel at developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and cloud infrastructure to enhance system reliability and efficiency
- Problem Solver: An expert in complex technical environments, using their exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive innovative solutions
