We make the core functions of the POS as easy-to-use as possible so our restaurants can smoothly serve millions of meals each day. Current major initiatives include self-ordering Kiosks for guests, personalized guest experiences, and in-app coaching for waitstaff.
We’re seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple POS engineering teams in our Dublin office.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Drive delivery of business outcomes, including planning and execution
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software, including maintaining a high-quality customer experience
- Collaborate closely with PM and UX to influence the strategy and direction of their group
- Drive large initiatives spanning multiple teams
- Identify staffing needs and recruit high performers
- Coach team members for professional and technical development

- Experience delivering and evolving widely-used products
- Experience building and developing diverse, high performance teams
- Experience deeply collaborating with PM and UX partners
- Strong technical background that you use to guide your team’s decisions and plans
