Role and Responsibilities:

                  Clients

    1. Client satisfaction and delivery
      1. Support Business Development in any technical sales pitches to potential clients,
      2. Establish External SLA’s for all clients to ensure service delivery standards are met
      3. Ensure Internal SLA’s are in place that meet both client and regulatory requirements.
      4. Ensure Country Heads of Operations / Client leads monitor actual delivery versus client SLA’s
      5. Monitor and escalate any clients that are deemed “Red” in the RAG rating
    2. Revenue / Pricing / Profitability
      1. Ensure appropriate pricing is in place by region for each service that is being offered to clients.
      2. Ensure client profitability / margin contribution is in line with Top-Co goals

                             Operating model and Controls

      1. Ensure optimal use of Business Applications when delivering services to clients, ensuring we are using the required Applications in an efficient, standardized and cost-effective manner:  
      2. Work with the Product to ensure we have best in class client facing Business Applications which are consistent across all regions
      3. Work with Internal controls (ISAE3402) and IT teams to ensure we meet client and industry standards
      4. Work with all Support functions to ensure Client delivery is to the level

 

       People 

  1. Overall responsibility for staffing within the entity including recruitment, resource allocation and performance management.
  2. Serve as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and provide strong leadership to the senior management group to maintain a highly motivated team prepared to meet the demands of an ever-changing and high growth business environment.
  1. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across accounting, investor services, and operational support.
  2. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies.
  3. Publicly represent Waystone as the business leader in the community.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in either Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Fund Administration.
  • Proven track record in managing client delivery
  • Employee management and motivation is essential
  • International Experience given the role has responsibility for multiple jurisdictions with different Regulators
  • Thorough understanding and experience within Alternative / UCITS and other Fund regimes
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools; experience with information management software preferred
