As a product registration service Associate, you will fulfil our regulatory obligations by providing registration services and support for the JPMAM funds range (Alternative Investment Funds and UCITS), domiciled in Luxembourg and Ireland, and other non-EU funds that are marketed in EMEA, LatAm and some Asian jurisdictions.

As a product registration service Associate, you will fulfil our regulatory obligations by providing registration services and support for the JPMAM funds range (Alternative Investment Funds and UCITS), domiciled in Luxembourg and Ireland, and other non-EU funds that are marketed in EMEA, LatAm and some Asian jurisdictions.
Job responsibilities:
- Perform initial registration of funds in new or existing jurisdictions, fund maintenance and regulatory notification of fund corporate events, de-registration of products.
- Manage notification of new share class registrations and pre-marketing of AIFs
- Oversee the payment of regulatory fees, listing fees, third party vendor fees.
- Perform listing of Irish ETFs on the main European and Mexican stock exchanges.
- Maintain internal registration records
- Oversight of outsourced vendor engagements linked to Registrations.
- Monitor and assess of regulatory changes linked to cross border distribution.
- Contribute to monthly reporting to the Luxembourg Monthly Management Committee, Quarterly reporting to the Fund Boards and relevant stakeholders as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant experience in asset management
- Excellent language and communication skills (English oral & written); ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels and ability to clearly articulate complex matters.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated with an ability to take initiative and assume responsibility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
