This role is pivotal in managing the engagement and contracting processes with healthcare professionals and organizations internationally. This position will support our Oncology portfolio in International markets. This position will be a 12-month contract.

A Typical Day:
  • Coordinate the complete engagement and contracting process with healthcare community members across international markets, serving as the primary contact for International Medical Affairs teams regarding HCP engagements.

  • Stay informed about company policies and governmental regulations related to HCP engagements.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to maintain alignment in practices and ensure compliance.

  • Create and maintain training materials for internal teams on HCP engagement processes.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

This Role May Be For You If:
  • You possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, within a team and as self-starter.

  • You have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements for HCP engagements.

  • You excel in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements.

To be considered for this position, you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for science background. You should have 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, specifically in roles involving the engagement of healthcare professionals. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for HCP engagement and sponsorships is critical. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are pivotal. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to run multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
