Location: Guinness Storehouse, Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time - Annualized Hours

Salary : € 36,184.50 - € 2035 Flex allowance per annum

About the Role

As a Guinness Experience Specialist, you are a trusted ambassador for the Guinness brand, delivering exceptional visitor experiences through authentic hospitality, engaging storytelling and expert product knowledge.

You bring the Guinness story to life for guests from around the world, creating memorable moments that deepen their connection with the brand. Through your passion, enthusiasm and expertise, you help create consistently exceptional experiences while contributing positively to the success of the wider team.

What You'll DoDeliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Create welcoming, engaging and memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Anticipate guest needs and tailor interactions to suit individual interests.
  • Champion Guinness Experience Standards through every interaction.
  • Resolve guest queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Build meaningful connections with visitors from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Bring the Guinness Story to Life
  • Deliver engaging storytelling experiences that showcase the heritage, craftsmanship and innovation behind Guinness.
  • Adapt storytelling techniques to suit different audiences and visitor interests.
  • Communicate information confidently, accurately and enthusiastically.
Champion Guinness Brand Knowledge
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Guinness products, experiences and heritage.
  • Act as a trusted source of information for guests and colleagues.
  • Share knowledge of new products, visitor experiences and best practices.
Support Commercial Success
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through personalized recommendations.
  • Support the promotion of premium experiences, products and services.
  • Confidently introduce relevant offers in a natural and guest-focused manner.
  • Contribute positively to visitor engagement and commercial performance objectives.
Champion Visitor Experience Excellence
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and the visitor journey.
  • Support the delivery of consistently high operational standards across all visitor areas.

  • Support the onboarding of new team members through knowledge sharing and practical experience.
  • Share storytelling techniques, guest engagement approaches and brand knowledge with colleagues.
