About Your Role:



As a GTM Data & Performance Analyst, you will support the GTM Strategy and Sales teams by producing reliable analyses, reports and dashboards that help monitor partner performance and commercial activity. 

This is an execution‑focused analytical role. You will work on clearly defined topics and priorities, contribute to recurring reporting and analyses, and help ensure that commercial teams have access to accurate and consistent data to support decision‑making. 

You will collaborate closely with GTM Strategy, RevOps and Sales, and interact regularly with Product, Tech and Finance to provide data inputs and insights. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Data Analysis & Partner Performance:


  • Produce recurring reports and analyses on partner performance across predefined dimensions such as partner tier, product category and geography. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. revenue contribution, availability, catalog quality, NPS) and highlight notable variations or data issues. 
  • Prepare structured analyses to support reviews of partner performance, under the guidance of GTM Strategy. 
  • Support quarterly and monthly business reviews by preparing data extracts, charts and summaries. 
  • Track sales performance against targets for Account Managers and BDMs, and prepare standard reports for review by GTM leadership. 

 

Pricing & Commercial Analysis Support:


  • Support pricing and margin analyses by preparing data inputs, simulations and comparison reports. 
  • Assist in modelling the commercial impact of predefined pricing or incentive scenarios. 
  • Help monitor pricing consistency across markets and categories and flag anomalies to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Provide analytical support for new commercial initiatives (e.g. new offer types or partner models), based on clearly defined scopes. 

 

Dashboards & Reporting:


  • Maintain and update existing GTM dashboards used by GTM Strategy, Sales teams and country stakeholders. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards. 
  • Implement dashboard changes and updates based on documented business requirements. 
  • Support the adoption of dashboards by commercial teams by helping explain metrics and reports. 

 

Marketplace & Product Data Support:


  • Develop a good understanding of Smartbox’s marketplace and catalog performance metrics. 
  • Track predefined catalog health indicators and prepare reports for Product and Operations teams. 
  • Provide data and analysis to support cross‑functional discussions on marketplace performance when requested. 
  • Assist in compiling competitor and market data to support GTM analyses. 

 

Requirements for the Role:


  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related analytical role. 
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and at least one BI or data visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Power BI). 
  • Basic understanding of commercial, sales or marketplace environments. 
  • Ability to work with structured datasets and follow established analytical frameworks. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams (Sales, GTM Strategy, RevOps, Product, Finance). 
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality.

  • Ability to execute data analyses accurately and on time. 
  • Structured and methodical approach to problem solving. 
  • Ability to summarise data and findings clearly. 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain metrics and reports to non‑technical stakeholders.
