Owns end-to-end management of HQ marketing and creative projects, from intake and prioritization through delivery. Coordinates stakeholders, creative teams, agencies, freelancers, retail, product, and manufacturing partners. Improves marketing workflows, templates, collaboration, and delivery processes across central and local teams.

Source and recruit GTM, sales, commercial, and corporate talent across European markets, with a focus on France. Build talent maps and proactive pipelines, engage passive candidates, advise hiring managers using market intelligence, and support candidates through the hiring process. Use data, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and outreach. Contribute to employer branding and talent community initiatives.

Own day-to-day management and growth of Smartbox's Amazon business: optimize product listings and catalog health, run and improve Amazon Advertising, monitor performance and reporting, coordinate launches and inventory, work cross-functionally to improve content and customer experience, and use AI/automation to scale operations.

Own the end-to-end shopping experience (search, discovery, browse, merchandising, gifting). Define product roadmap, embed AI/ML features, run customer research and experiments, lead delivery from discovery to launch, collaborate cross-functionally, and track platform KPIs to drive commercial impact.
