Build and maintain performant, well-tested frontend applications (Vue 3, TypeScript) to improve customer discovery, redemption, and post-purchase engagement. Collaborate with product, backend, and QA to deliver experiments and product increments, contribute ideas to improve usability and performance, and grow frontend expertise.

Maintain and improve cloud-based production systems using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, and GitOps CI/CD. Build observability and automation (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, scripting), troubleshoot incidents across infrastructure and applications, manage MySQL-backed services, participate in 24x7 on-call, and collaborate with development teams on capacity, performance, and operational excellence.

Own the end-to-end shopping experience (search, discovery, browse, merchandising, gifting). Define product roadmap, embed AI/ML features, run customer research and experiments, lead delivery from discovery to launch, collaborate cross-functionally, and track platform KPIs to drive commercial impact.
