Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.Perfect for those who aim to:

Conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages optimized for traffic acquisition and user registration;
Create compelling visual assets for promotional campaigns, including email templates, push notifications, and in-app banners that drive player re-engagement and retention;
Develop immersive visuals for the gamification ecosystem, including custom icons, badges, progress indicators, and tournament interfaces that enhance the player lifecycle and overall engagement;
Lead the development and continuous evolution of the regional Design Brandbook in close collaboration with Product and CRM teams, ensuring a consistent, premium brand identity across all touchpoints.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

Proven experience designing for CRM lifecycles, including personalized email templates, push notifications, and loyalty-driven promotional banners aimed at reducing churn and increasing lifetime value;
Hands-on experience creating gamification assets (badges, progress bars, tournament leaderboards, level-up animations) that deliver immersive and rewarding user experiences;
Experience developing or evolving regional Brandbooks, maintaining a consistent visual identity across departments while adapting to local cultural nuances;
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to streamline and scale production workflows;
Strong ability to collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, mobile-responsive, and performance-optimized.
