What you will do
Reporting to Global Creative’s Head of Design, you will take ownership of design projects from brief to delivery. You’ll balance executional work with creative ideation, contributing to both templated and concept-driven campaigns.

How you will do it

  • Lead the design and layout of print and digital assets across a range of projects.

  • Interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas within brand parameters.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, video editors, and other creatives to shape campaign and asset direction.

  • Research unfamiliar topics to inform your design approach.

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.

  • Share knowledge and mentor junior designers when needed.

  • Manage your own workflows and workload planning in Wrike, communicating timelines clearly.

What we look for:

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both executional and conceptual work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with templated systems.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously – flexibility and adaptability are strengths of yours. 

  • Logical approach to problem solving.

  • Tact, diplomacy and clearness in written and spoken communication – our colleagues are our partners.

  • Confident communicator and collaborator.

  • The ability to excel working in a virtual or hybrid, high-growth, matrix-managed, geographically dispersed organization.

  • Ability to work with ambiguity – strength in balancing strategic and tactical execution.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic or communication design, digital media, visual communication or related field (MA a plus).
