Graduate Finance Accountant

Role Overview

This a new opportunity to, due to continuous a growth, we are hiring two Finance Graduates to join our Finance team join a growing and dynamic finance team in our Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin 22. To succeed in this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a desire to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA preferred).

This position will be based on-site five days per week in our Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin 22, will be part of a team of large finance team.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of financial reporting, compliance, and management accounting activities across a few operating jurisdictions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including process re-engineering projects, ERP system improvements, and the enhancement of finance policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently and in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across finance, operations, and project teams to support the wider objectives of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A strong desire to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA preferred), with full study support provided by the company.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
