Position Overview
We’re looking for people who are passionate about changing the world of manufacturing and eager to help our customers unlock new levels of productivity and creativity. As a Fusion Account Executive for the UK/I region, you’ll play a pivotal role in this mission, driving growth by connecting clients with solutions that change the way they work and succeed.
Responsabilities
- Actively prospect and engage potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth
- Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market
- Own your quarterly forecasts and be a crucial driver of our sales strategy
- Be the first point of contact for prospects, creating a lasting and positive impression by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Fusion
- Build strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged with creative follow-ups and communications that bring Fusion to life
- Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall success
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
- A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals
- 3+ years of direct or indirect sales experience including prospecting, winning new logos & expanding accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively
- A commitment to continuous improvement, using every opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field
