What you’ll do

  • Drive sales and profit to deliver and exceed our budgets

  • Lead the day-to-day commercial relationship with Franchise partners through effective commercial management, and excellent communication

  • Lead the commercial delivery of the Joint Business Plans, use these to drive the commercial agenda and ensure we have clear growth plans in place

  • Agree partner specific trade plans, which are in line with our food strategy and are as consistent as is relevant and possible across our other Channels.

  • Ensure all trade plans are delivered following the agreed trade planning process

  • Use commercial and customer analysis to drive performance

  • Set clear, effective price and promotional strategy

  • Accountable for management of pricing, promotion and menu management for Rapid Delivery Ireland

  • Work with the Franchise SRD team to set effective range strategies to optimise selling format and product choice, understanding space requirements

  • Work with the Supply Chain team to drive availability and waste performance within our Franchise partners

  • Agree internally facing cluster trade plans, and build great relationships and ways of working with key categories

  • Work with finance team to drive profitability through product mix, promotions and shape of range including relevant NPD
