Are you ready to launch your career in a global financial services organisation? Fidelity Investments has an exciting opportunity for students finishing their Leaving Certificate or FETAC/QQI Level 5. Our Financial Services Scholarship Programme, in partnership with Griffith College, will give you the skills needed to launch a career in global financial services.

The Team:

Our operations group provides middle and back-office services to Fidelity businesses through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. You will be placed in one of our teams who support the processing of financial transactions through the trade lifecycle including: Account Services, Settlements, Asset Services, Tax Services, Corporate Actions, Security Reference, Quality & Performance, Index and Portfolio.

The Programme:

Upon joining in September 2026, successful candidates will have a full-time position and join a team within Fidelity’s Operations group in Dublin, while undertaking a fully funded part-time degree in Business with Griffith College. Your experience will begin with onboarding to Fidelity and learning the skills needed to be successful in your role. Fidelity will provide full support in all aspects of your training, onboarding, and role upskilling. Over the next 3 years, you will complete a business degree part-time with a blend of learning in college and self-directed.

Work Full Time – Earn

  • 40 - hours per week

Study Part Time - Learn

  • BA (Hons) in Business
  • Tuition fees will be covered as part of this scholarship programme

Entry Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Leaving Certificate or FETAC/QQI Level 5.
  • You are required to have the following Leaving Certificate results upon completion: 2 x H5 and 4 x O6, including a minimum O6 in Math’s and a language (which can be English, Irish or 3rd Language)
  • FETAC/QQI Level 5 for level 8 - minimum full level 5 award to include a minimum of 3 distinctions and a pass in all other remaining subjects.
