Investigates and resolves daily and monthly performance exceptions, validates account and portfolio return calculations, researches data-quality issues, and remediates process breaks. The role analyzes cash flows, interest, accruals, market values, financial products, and corporate actions; maintains procedures; and supports process-improvement initiatives to ensure accurate client reporting.

Processes mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, coordinates information among front office, portfolio managers, fund accounting, treasury, and custodians, solicits voluntary events, manages reporting and data, escalates risks, resolves inquiries, and improves operational processes. The role requires knowledge of custody, fund accounting, mutual fund operations, and corporate actions while representing the business to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage daily trade confirmations, reconciliations, reporting, inquiries, and escalations for alternative investment products including hedge funds, REITs, and private funds. Coordinate with internal teams, fund companies, and transfer agents; ensure compliance with policies and procedures; resolve complex operational issues; oversee transaction processing; support process improvements; maintain supervisory procedures; and serve as a subject matter expert on projects and escalations.

Lead a portfolio of Core Custody applications and engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, cloud-based microservices. Translate strategy into prioritized backlogs, ensure modern development practices (IaC, CI/CD, test automation, containerization), drive architectural consistency, collaborate with product and stakeholders, hire and mentor engineers, and manage remote associates for mission-critical systems.
