Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions daily, input events into the fund accounting system, coordinate information among Front Office, PMs, Treasurer, Fund Accounting and custodians, escalate high-risk items, communicate complex events to stakeholders, and ensure accurate corporate actions reporting and data management.

Lead a portfolio of Core Custody applications and engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, cloud-based microservices. Translate strategy into prioritized backlogs, ensure modern development practices (IaC, CI/CD, test automation, containerization), drive architectural consistency, collaborate with product and stakeholders, hire and mentor engineers, and manage remote associates for mission-critical systems.

Manage daily trade confirmation and settlement for FX and equity activity, resolve complex operational issues, liaise with trading desks, brokers and custodians, monitor fails and escrow, participate as SME on projects, and identify process improvements to minimize risk and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Process and capture trade instructions into the primary accounting system (Invest One), transmit to custodians, and ensure accuracy of NAV data. Reconcile cash and positions, handle multi-asset trades (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX), identify and resolve operational issues, and support process improvements and project subgroups while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
