Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions daily, input events into the fund accounting system, coordinate information among Front Office, PMs, Treasurer, Fund Accounting and custodians, escalate high-risk items, communicate complex events to stakeholders, and ensure accurate corporate actions reporting and data management.

Manage daily trade confirmation and settlement processes for equity, fixed income and FX trading desks. Resolve fails and settlement issues, liaise with brokers, custodians and internal partners, monitor confirmations, prepare reports, escalate high-risk items, and support process improvements and project work as a subject matter expert.
