Graduate software engineers build scalable applications and features across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support. They use modern programming languages, databases, APIs, messaging, front-end frameworks, automated pipelines, and AI tools. Investigates and resolves daily and monthly performance exceptions, validates account and portfolio return calculations, researches data-quality issues, and remediates process breaks. The role analyzes cash flows, interest, accruals, market values, financial products, and corporate actions; maintains procedures; and supports process-improvement initiatives to ensure accurate client reporting.

Processes mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, coordinates information among front office, portfolio managers, fund accounting, treasury, and custodians, solicits voluntary events, manages reporting and data, escalates risks, resolves inquiries, and improves operational processes. The role requires knowledge of custody, fund accounting, mutual fund operations, and corporate actions while representing the business to internal and external stakeholders.
