Human Resources Intern supporting HR projects, employee queries, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, employee records, and day-to-day HR team operations. The role provides exposure to multiple HR areas in a professional environment and requires strong communication, organization, initiative, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Manages daily trade confirmation, settlement, fails resolution, escrow activity, reporting, and inquiry responses for equity, fixed income, and foreign exchange trading desks. Coordinates with traders, brokers, custodian banks, and internal teams to resolve operational issues, mitigate risk, support market-specific processes, and improve workflows. The role also contributes subject-matter expertise to projects and ensures timely, accurate completion of operational responsibilities.

Supports portfolio engineering, investment research, risk management, and portfolio construction R&D. The intern will analyze data, assist with investment and operational functions, collaborate across teams, present findings, and develop quantitative skills using R or Python. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, and study toward a quantitative degree.
