Performs daily investment data operations, analyzes and resolves data quality issues, responds to helpdesk requests, researches investment data, and supports process improvements. The role includes root cause analysis, documentation, testing, user acceptance testing, vendor coordination, and participation in data management initiatives. It requires accurate, timely work with securities, mutual funds, managed accounts, indices, composites, and related reference data.

Processes mandatory, voluntary, and income corporate actions into fund accounting systems. Coordinates information among portfolio managers, front office, treasury, fund accounting, custodians, and business partners. Manages complex events, reporting, data quality, risk escalation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications while supporting accurate middle-office operations.

Support and maintain developer desktop applications and tooling across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Manage installations, deployments, upgrades, releases, configurations, and tool lifecycle activities. Monitor platform health and usage, resolve complex issues, and act as an escalation point for engineering teams. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to deliver platform capabilities while applying cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, debugging, and AI-assisted development expertise.
