Prepare budgets, including data verification, analysis, consolidation, and uploading data into the accounting system;
Review payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies, budget limits, and approval procedures;
Monitor expense budgets, analyze budget-to-actual variances, and investigate significant deviations;
Prepare budget presentations and management reports.
At least 2 years of experience in finance, including experience in a similar or related role;
A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Strong financial literacy and analytical skills;
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software/systems.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative;
A high level of accountability and ownership in delivering results;
The ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
