We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst II at ICON, you will play a significant role in supporting advanced financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. You will provide critical financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and operational efficiency across the organisation.

What You Will Be Doing:
 

  • Conducting detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to support business unit performance and strategic planning.

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making processes.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics.

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Your Profile:
 

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel, with experience in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) being a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
