Support FP&A and accounting: prepare/review financial statements, post journal entries in SAP, perform reconciliations, support month-/year-end close, budgeting and forecasting, coordinate with external accountants, assist intercompany entries, and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis and accounting activities. This role will assist in key FP&A and accounting processes — budgeting, month-end closing, reconciliations and controls, financial reporting and finance operations —while contributing to improvements in reporting. You will collaborate with external accountants and advisors, internal finance teams and business partners across multiple regions to provide insights that enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, explain significant deviations, prepare and upload journal entries in SAP, and perform verifying reconciliations
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinating with the external accounting firms responsible for statutory accounting and tax filings.
- Work with management to prepare monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and mid-term planning in collaboration with functional lead
- Perform ad-hoc analysis related to the business and prepare reports with respective results
- Assisting with bank payment initiation and payment documentation.
- support compliance, help establish processes and controls working with other internal function
- Supporting intercompany transfer pricing entries and reconciliations.
- Support financial integration of new businesses and strategic initiatives
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Financial modelling and strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
- SAP, US GAAP, or intercompany accounting experience is a plus.
