JOB DESCRIPTION
Finance Controller
What will your responsibilities be?
- Coordinates the Profit Plan and Outlook processes. Must ensure accuracy and limited variance.
- Maintains accurate balance sheet accounts and corresponding reconciliations. Conducts regular reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures Month end process is accurate and executed according to timeline.
- Supports P&L improvements. Identifies and supports cost improvements and program profitability activities.
- Maintains a robust internal control environment aligned to the company Business Operating System and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
- Supports and coordinate all compliance, internal and external audit activities.
- Manages the development of cost standards and expense budgets to establish acceptable bases for measuring product cost, expense control and plant performance.
- Prepares and supports Capital Appropriation Requests including financial justification in accordance with company guidelines.
- Partners with the Commercial team on Pricing and Commercial issues.
- Leads Plant through implementation of new finance and accounting processes and procedures.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- University degree in Finance, Business administration, (VII degree)
- Required experience: 2+ years related experience on similar position
- Good computer skills, strong orientation on MS Excel
- Adaptation in finance applications
- SAP proficiency will be considered as plus
- Experience in any production industry
- IAS/IFRS knowledge is necessary
- Good US Gaap knowledge will be considered as plus
- English knowledge
