Driving profitable growth across our Revenue and Commercial functions, this Finance Business Partner role sits at the centre of strategic decision-making. You’ll combine strong financial expertise with commercial curiosity to shape initiatives that maximise margin and long-term value. What you’ll do as a Finance Business Partner
- Partner with Revenue and Commercial leaders to provide clear, data-driven financial insights that shape decision-making and maximise profitability.
- Contextualise P&L performance, analysing headwinds and tailwinds versus Plan and Prior Year to highlight risks and opportunities at profit level.
- Review and assess partner renewals and new business deal frameworks, identifying opportunities to protect and enhance margin while avoiding operational complexity.
- Contribute to cross-functional forums and strategic initiatives, representing Finance and ensuring a strong return-on-investment focus in decision-making.
- Lead finance input into the annual planning and reforecast processes, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
- Continuously refine how partner profitability is measured, enhancing metrics, governance and approval frameworks to support smarter commercial decisions.
What you’ll bring to the team
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience, including experience in a Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering role.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse complex data, uncover underlying drivers and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A naturally curious, proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex information into compelling narratives tailored to your audience.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess future scenarios and identify opportunities that deliver sustainable value.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
