RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety, security and compliance across your assigned region
- Monitoring all technical processes including quality assurance and FM document control
- Ensuring the profitability/value of your facility management contracts
- Revenue and cost control as well as responsibility for adhering to the budget
- Planning, coordination, supporting and monitoring of building projects
- Taking care of all (large-scale) technical systems in compliance with legal regulations (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, site services etc.)
- Central contact person for managing external service providers, authorities, and utilities
- Procurement of materials and services, including requests for quotations and contract award discussions
QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
- Education/training in facility management, building services engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of Experience in the management of properties and technical facilities is an must have
- Knowledge of local EU legal regulations and safety standards
- Negotiating skills and experience in procurement
- Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Stakeholder management
