The roleWe are looking for an Executive Briefing Coordinator to join a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation, supporting the Executive Programs team.
In this role, you will use strong project management skills and close attention to detail to partner with internal teams and create tailored, high-quality experiences for users, prospects, sales teams, executives, and subject matter experts across regional Executive Briefing Centers.
You will manage day-to-day Executive Programs activity, ensuring sessions are planned, scheduled, and executed effectively. This role is suited to a proactive, organised self-starter who inspires confidence and understands the sales environment.
- Partner with the Executive Programs Team, Executive Briefing Manager, and account teams to design and develop personalised briefings for users and prospects.
- Build assets and resources needed to support successful briefings.
- Schedule and confirm discussion leaders, executives, and preparation calls.
- Create key briefing resources, including briefing documents and content folders.
- Act as a point of contact for Sales teams on briefing confirmation and planning.
- Track and update Executive Programs data across relevant tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite, including Drive, Mail, and Calendar.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
- Where applicable, host and facilitate user and prospect groups onsite.
- Where applicable, manage operational aspects including room readiness, swag, pre-registration for check-in, follow-up surveys, documenting notes, and capturing contacts.
- Where applicable, manage onsite operations and logistics in partnership with facilities, security, and catering teams to ensure a seamless onsite experience for users and prospects.
- 4+ years of experience working in an Executive Briefing Center, events, or recruitment coordinator role.
- Functional experience planning, producing, facilitating, and executing sales meetings and/or executive briefings.
- The ideal candidate is AI-native, has experience with go-to-market executive meetings (EBCs), and can articulate end-to-end project ownership.
- Candidates must demonstrate prior AI use and articulate its impact.
- The role supports high-stakes sales opportunities. Experience coordinating executive meetings focused on GTM sales pitches (e.g., EBCs) is important.
- The role requires high autonomy and the ability to drive projects to completion. Candidates must articulate owning complex projects end-to-end, detailing the process and final results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience gathering, formatting, and preparing briefing documents for executives is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing complex schedules.
- Experience working in fast-paced enterprise technology, SaaS, or sales-led environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite.
