NAV Analyst 
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (permanent)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site in Dublin)

Salary range: The salary range for this specific role will be €40,000 – €50,000 gross per year. (The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.)

 

JOB SUMMARY
CSC provides regulatory-compliant solutions to EU and non-EU investment managers as an authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). As a NAV Analyst in our Dublin-based Capital and Financial Management team, you’ll support valuation oversight, NAV governance, and financial management across Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). You will work closely with internal stakeholders, fund administrators, and third parties to help ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, and compliance with AIFMD and related requirements. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys detail, ownership, and learning across valuation, financial oversight, and operational processes.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Support the Designated Person (DP) for Capital & Financial Management with oversight activities and governance deliverables
  • Review and oversee NAV reporting received from the Fund Administrator, escalating exceptions and tracking resolution
  • Perform portfolio and NAV variance analysis, including reasonableness checks and monitoring of AIF performance and exposures
  • Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting inputs, and management reporting for the AIFM and relevant committees
  • Assist with the AIFM invoicing process, including accuracy checks and timely issuance to clients
  • Support the design, implementation, and periodic review of valuation policies and procedures for each AIF
  • Prepare materials and reporting for key committees (Capital & Finance, Valuation) and the AIFM Board
  • Support onboarding of new funds.
  • Monitor regulatory capital metrics and support internal reporting in line with CBI expectations and applicable regulations
  • Support year-end processes, including review of AIF financial statements and audit coordination with internal and external parties
  • Ad-hoc projects within the AIFM team
     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • 3-5 years of experience within a Fund Management Company, AIFM, Fund Administrator, or similar financial services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Working knowledge of NAV processes, valuation concepts, and fund financial reporting fundamentals including journal entries
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external providers
     

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Familiarity with AIFMD and AIFM operating models (experience supporting a DP function is an advantage)
  • Exposure to alternative investments and common fund structures (e.g., private equity, private credit, real assets)
  • Experience reviewing fund financial statements and supporting audit processes
  • Experience conducting oversight/due diligence of third-party valuation agents or service providers
  • Knowledge of regulatory capital concepts and/or reporting frameworks relevant to an Irish regulated entity
