Gambling.com Group are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Group Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to members of our Leadership team based in Europe. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires discretion, resourcefulness, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a focus on efficiency.  In this role you will report directly to the SVP, People based in Dublin, Ireland. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to senior management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations by:
  • Coordinating and preparing materials and resources (Confluence) for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Organizing and managing travel events through our Travel Management tool, for executives.
  • Organizing and coordination of meetings, and team events, external learning initiatives both virtual and in-person.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Acting as the primary point of internal communications – collating Newsletter content from internal stakeholders, posting team specific updates to our Engagement Platform Workvivo, assisting in the hosting of group orientation events.
  • Helping leadership prioritize and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
  • Processing invoices, expenses, and other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • MUST be located in Ireland or Malta - this will be remote hybrid with a requirement to be in-office regularly.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting leadership, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or executive environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with communications tools Zoom, Slack and project administration products such as Confluence or JIRA is an advantage.
