What does a successful Executive Assistant

A successful Executive Assistant at Fiserv enables senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa by delivering proactive, polished administrative support that keeps leadership focused on strategy and client outcomes. You will embody our Partners in Possibility mindset, anticipate needs, protect confidential information, and drive efficient coordination across a diverse, multinational team. Your work helps Fiserv deliver transformative fintech solutions that make life easier for our clients and their customers.

What you will do:

  • Manage and prioritize calendars for multiple senior leaders, optimizing time across strategic and operational commitments.

  • Coordinate complex international travel and logistics, ensuring policy compliance, budget awareness, and seamless itineraries.

  • Lead administrative processes including document management, deadlines tracking, expense reporting, and digital filing.

  • Oversee and validate team expenditure requests and approval workflows to ensure accuracy and authorization.

  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, briefings, minute-taking, tracking action items, and driving follow-up completion.

  • Draft, edit, and distribute professional communications, presentations, and executive briefings on behalf of leaders.

  • Administer leadership leave schedules, resolve conflicts, and coordinate required approvals across regions.

  • Execute HRIS and related HR administrative tasks for leaders, maintaining accurate records and timely submissions.

What you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated success supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities across geographies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with C-suite and external stakeholders.

  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive matters.

  • Proactive, resourceful attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to shifting demands.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience in multinational or cross-cultural environments supporting geographically dispersed leaders.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Familiarity with HR systems, expense platforms, and travel management tools.

  • Previous exposure to financial services or technology sectors and related regulatory awareness.

  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
