We are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Executive to drive growth in the UK market. This role focuses on selling Microsoft CSP licences and attaching Codec’s professional and managed services. You will work closely with Microsoft account teams and Codec’s internal specialists to identify opportunities, convert leads, and expand customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution:
    • Drive new business and upsell opportunities for Microsoft CSP licences and Codec services.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging Codec’s CRM and Microsoft co-sell frameworks.
  • Market Development:
    • Build and nurture relationships with UK-based customers and Microsoft stakeholders.
    • Identify under-adoption scenarios and position services such as Copilot readiness, security hardening, and adoption workshops.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Articulate Codec’s value proposition across Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for customer needs.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Achieve quarterly billings and bookings targets.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP licensing models and cloud services.
  • Ability to sell value-added services (adoption, security, optimisation).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • 2-5 years in digital or technology sales, ideally within Microsoft ecosystem.
  • 5 years + in sales.
