The Opportunity:

This role manages the delivery of an exceptional employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, wellbeing, and engagement across the organisation. This role partners closely with the Head of Learning and Development to drive cultural initiatives, optimise career development processes, and increase overall wellbeing of people.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Employee Experience Manager to join Davy. The role exists to create an empowered workplace where every person feels valued and supported because in Davy people are the Davy difference. The successful candidate will:

  • Manage career development with a key focus on early career including graduate programme and associate programme.
  • Partner with HR business partners to design career pathways across Davy
  • Coordinate the promotion process linked with the performance management system
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives and programmes to support mental, physical, and social wellbeing.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, retention, offboarding) to ensure a consistent, efficient experience.
  • Own the design and delivery of employee experience analytics, ensuring clear visibility of trends and performance indicators.
  • Oversee internal communication to ensure that Employee Experience is central to everything we do
  • Support talent reviews and workforce planning with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with the CPO and Head of L&D to support culture, inclusion, and engagement strategies.
  • Lead the strategy and continuous improvement of the physical workplace experience, ensuring office environments, hybrid workspaces, and on‑site facilities promote comfort, productivity, connection, and wellbeing.

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • Degree or Masters level qualification.
  • Professional HR qualification such as CIPD (or equivalent).
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong capability in data analysis and presentation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, high‑performing HR team.
  • An ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into clear employee experience initiatives.
  • Excellent project and programme management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to build trust across all levels of the organisation.
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and organisational development best practices.
