  • Partner closely with the U.S.-based GTM Legal team to ensure consistency in contracting positions, negotiation strategy, and customer experience across regions.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as Gong continues to scale globally.

  • Significant experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements, including software licensing, professional services, data processing agreements, and information security terms.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to independently balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with business stakeholders and customers.
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with globally distributed teammates.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting EMEA enterprise sales organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of GDPR and European privacy laws.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience improving contracting processes, templates, negotiation playbooks, or legal operations.
