Job Title

EMEA Compensation Partner

About the role

At Fiserv, the EMEA Compensation Partner plays a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programmes across the organisation. This role helps ensure our compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with business needs.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support compensation initiatives, annual compensation processes, and strategic reward programmes through data-driven analysis and sound compensation practices.

This role will also support key projects across EMEA, including EU Pay Transparency and Gender Pay Gap initiatives.

What you will do

  • You will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programmes, including base pay structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, and salary review processes. You will conduct market pricing and benchmarking analysis to help ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned to market practice.

  • You will analyse compensation data, prepare reports and recommendations, and provide insights to support decision-making by HR and business leaders. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compensation processes are managed accurately and efficiently. You will also support annual compensation cycles, compliance requirements, and compensation governance activity while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.

What you will need to have

  • You will need experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation programme administration. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.

  • You should be comfortable working with large datasets, compensation surveys, and HR systems, while partnering with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organisation. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organisational skills will be important for success in this role.

What would be great to have

  • Experience supporting compensation programmes in a large, global, or matrixed organisation would be beneficial. Knowledge of incentive plan design, pay transparency regulation, job architecture frameworks, and compensation governance would also be valuable. Experience with market survey providers and advanced Excel, reporting, or analytics tools would be an advantage.

Key strengths for success

  • The successful candidate will be analytical, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. They will be proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused, able to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality compensation support and insight. They will bring strong business acumen and use data-driven recommendations to support Fiserv’s talent and business strategies.
