Responsibilities

  • Contribute to email marketing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain resources such as email lists, software tools, and content for optimal output and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain strict quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards for email campaigns.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost email marketing performance and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as content creation and design teams, for seamless email campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, io or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective email campaigns that meet marketing objectives and drive results.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and optimization. Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to refine email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Capacity to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns and demonstrated results in driving engagement and conversions.

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in multiple languages besides English, like Spanish, French, or German, to broaden the reach of email marketing campaigns and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Previous experience in marketing and traffic acquisition can provide valuable insights into customer behavior and industry trends, enhancing email marketing strategies and targeting.
  • Experience in technology and innovation can introduce new tools and techniques to optimize email marketing processes, improve automation, and enhance campaign performance.
  • Sports Betting or Casino interest and or working experience
