We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. This is a site-based role responsible for supervising electrical installation activities on major data centre projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site to ensure works are completed in line with project requirements, programme, and quality standards
  • Coordinate daily activities with electrical subcontractors, site teams, and wider project stakeholders
    Ensure electrical works are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements
  • Monitor progress of electrical installations and report any issues, delays, or risks to the project team
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards
  • Support the implementation of RAMS, permits, and safe working practices across electrical activities
  • Coordinate with other disciplines including Mechanical and CSA teams to ensure services are installed correctly and interfaces are managed effectively
  • Assist with reviewing drawings, technical documentation, and resolving site queries
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for electrical systems
  • Ensure accurate completion of quality records, inspections, and project documentation
  • Monitor snagging activities and support the close-out process through to project completion

Requirements
  • Electrical trade qualification or relevant electrical engineering qualification
  • Previous experience supervising electrical installations within a construction contracting environment
  • Experience working on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively
