The Role

Our Business Development Representative team sits at the forefront of our sales organisation, responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline that drives long-term growth.

In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement, partnering closely with sales teams to identify, develop, and qualify opportunities. You will play a critical role in introducing prospective customers to the value of Salesforce, contributing directly to revenue generation and business expansion.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment that offers structured training, clear career progression, and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through outbound activity
  • Conduct account research to identify key decision-makers and opportunities
  • Engage prospective customers through cold calling, email, and social outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory strategies
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across new and existing accounts
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities and progress them through the sales funnel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the right to work in Ireland
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in prospecting, account research, and outbound engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets
  • Degree or equivalent experience (including internships, extracurricular leadership, or relevant work experience)
