Manage and control all project documentation on a site-based data centre construction project. Maintain registers (document, RFI, action, issue), ensure version control and IMS compliance, distribute and track documents, generate status and overdue reports, liaise with consultants/contractors, and support QA/QC and HSE audits.

We have an opportunity for a Document Controller on a major data centre project in Dublin 15. This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
- Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
- Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
- Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
- Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
- Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures.
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar site-based role
- High level of verbal and written English is essential
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous
