Director - HRBP– Dublin

As a Senior Human Resource Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and leading efforts to create a high-performance culture across Fiserv in Dublin. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement at all levels.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior business leaders to deeply understand their goals and challenges, providing expert HR solutions that drive performance and growth.

  • Client group ownership to SLT leader/s leading complex and matrixed FinTech teams in multiple markets within the EMEA region

  • Organizational Leadership: Advise on organizational design and workforce planning to ensure the right talent and structure to meet evolving business needs.

  • Performance Excellence: Lead the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and professional development planning.

  • Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor for senior leaders and employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.

  • Cultural Stewardship: Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to organizational values.

  • Leadership Development: Facilitate initiatives that support leadership development, succession planning, and the building of a robust talent pipeline.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks to the organization.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, assess employee satisfaction, and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key HR initiatives, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

What you will need to have

  • Extensive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadership or business partner role within a large, dynamic organization.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed global organization focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in HR data management and reporting, along with a proven track record of driving organizational change and influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
