We are currently seeking a Director, Financial Business Partnering to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Director, Financial Business Partnering at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to the financial health and success of the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
  • Providing in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation across various departments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Providing financial guidance on business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Your Profile:

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA).
  • Extensive experience in financial business partnering, with a proven ability to influence business decisions and drive financial performance.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, with proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
  • Track record of delivering financial insights that improve business outcomes and support long-term strategic goals.
