As a Sales Specialist - Workforce AI, you will lead the charge in driving AI transformation across enterprise customers by positioning Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions—including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Cloud PC/Virtualization offerings—as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation. You will engage business decision makers through consultative selling, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role empowers you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening your expertise in AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture. 


To prepare for the role, you will be enrolled in the Elevate and Early-in-Profession (EiP) Program. Responsibilities
  • Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively. 

  • Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives. 

  • Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities. 

  • Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams. 

  • Support Agent 365、ME5、ME7 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives. 

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events. 

  • Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones. 

  • Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders. 

  • Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks. Lead technical GTM strategy for AI Workforce.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, and/or up to 2 years experience in technology sales, consulting, customer success, or account management. 

  • This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English & German, as you will be assigned to the German Customer Market. 

  • Business Relationship Management: The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors, staff, managers, customers, and vendors. This includes expressing empathy and compassion when dealing with the needs and problems of others, being approachable, taking time to address the concerns of coworkers, and treating others with respect and dignity. 

  • Consultative Selling: The ability to understand customer needs through dialogue before recommending products/services. 

  • Conflict Resolution: The ability to manage conflict, disharmony, and strife among people and situations, while recognizing and addressing sensitivities. 


This role is based in Ireland and has a work site flexibility of up to 50% work from home. If applying, please consider that you may be required to relocate to meet the requirements of this role.

  • Negotiation: The ability to achieve mutually satisfying agreements in negotiations with others by listening to their objectives, acting as the company's representative to effectively communicate the company's objective, and seeking common ground and collaborative solutions. 

  • Microsoft Products: Knowledge of Microsoft products/services and the ability to participate in technical conversations related to products/services. Fundamental level credentials/certifications on Microsoft of competitive Cloud and/or AI Platforms.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 44,000.00 - € 57,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
