As an AI Workforce Specialist within Digital Enterprise Sales, you will be at the forefront of transforming how enterprise customers in Poland operate. Responsibilities
  • Engage in conversations with enterprise customers to introduce digital transformation opportunities aligned to their industry, with a focus on artificial intelligence adoption and impact.
  • Collaborate across account teams, partners, and services to qualify, track, and expand high-impact opportunities within large organizations.
  • Identify, develop, and propose AI-driven solutions that address customer needs, leveraging demonstrations, workshops, and direct engagement to drive adoption.
  • Apply orchestration models by aligning internal stakeholders and partner relationships to drive deal closure and successful customer outcomes.
  • Provide competitive analyses and insights to inform customer strategies and support innovation across digital enterprise sales engagements.
 

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience. 
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Solution sales or consulting services sales experience

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 53,200.00 - € 82,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
