As an AI Workforce Specialist within Digital Enterprise Sales, you will be at the forefront of transforming how enterprise customers in Norway operate. You will work on advanced solutions like Copilot and intelligent agents, enabling organizations to adopt artificial intelligence at scale and shape the future of work across large enterprises.
 
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Enterprise Sales team, engaging in strategic customer interactions that drive AI adoption and support organizational change. You will have the opportunity to influence customer strategies, lead transformative initiatives, and partner with experts to deliver innovation that has high visibility and tangible business outcomes.
 
Your work in this role is critical to advancing artificial intelligence transformation efforts, helping organizations realize improved productivity and unlock new ways of working. Responsibilities
  • Engage in conversations with enterprise customers to introduce digital transformation opportunities aligned to their industry, with a focus on artificial intelligence adoption and impact.
  • Collaborate across account teams, partners, and services to qualify, track, and expand high-impact opportunities within large organizations.
  • Identify, develop, and propose AI-driven solutions that address customer needs, leveraging demonstrations, workshops, and direct engagement to drive adoption.
  • Apply orchestration models by aligning internal stakeholders and partner relationships to drive deal closure and successful customer outcomes.
  • Provide competitive analyses and insights to inform customer strategies and support innovation across digital enterprise sales engagements.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Norweigan
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience. 
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Solution sales or consulting services sales experience

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 49,200.00 - € 71,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
