We’re looking for a part time ambitious Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing team, helping dairy farmers achieve cleaner, more efficient, and more productive operations.

About the Role

You’ll take the lead in developing and expanding new sales across Southern Ireland, working closely with both existing and new farming customers. Your focus will be on promoting and selling our market-leading dairy hygiene, cleaning, and washing products that help farmers maintain the highest standards of milk quality and equipment care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who combines agricultural know-how with commercial acumen and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with dairy farmers and agri-businesses across Southern Ireland.
  • Grow sales within an existing customer base while identifying and winning brand-new dairy farming clients.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and expert advice on hygiene and washing solutions tailored to each farm’s needs.
  • Lead sales and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and product delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

About You:

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the farming or dairy supply industry.
  • A genuine passion for the dairy and farming sector.
  • Ideally qualified in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related discipline.
  • May suit part- time farmer
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing your own territory.
  • Full, clean driving license essential.
